Wedding Charter Rates - 2009

The Safari Rose is available year-round for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners or other special events. Maximum of 60 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited beer, wine and champagne service is also available at $15 per person, plus a 15% service charge (based on a 2 hour cruise). Rates include additional half-hour aboard the yacht prior to cruise time for bride and up to 5 guests to change (subject to availability).

Rates include transportation to the Safari Rose dock from any South Shore location!

The Tahoe is available May through September. Maximum of 16 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited domestic beer, white wine and champagne service is also available at $10 per person, plus a 15% service charge (based on a 2 hour cruise).

The Woodwind II is available for weddings year-round. Listed rates are for 1 ¾ hour cruises. Maximum of 50 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited domestic beer, white wine and champagne service is also available at $10 per person, plus a 15% service charge (based on a 1 ¾ hour cruise).

Captain, crew, bartender, and a complimentary bottle of champagne are all included in the price of your wedding cruise. We accept most major credit cards.

Charter rates subject to a service charge of 18%.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Wedding Services

Captain's Ceremony Fee ---- $150
Fee is paid directly to the Captain by the wedding party following the ceremony. A California or Nevada marriage license will be required. See our License Info page for details.
 

Minister's Ceremony Fee ---- Rates Vary From $150 Up
Fee is paid directly to minister by the wedding party at the time of the service. The minister will be onboard for the entire cruise.
 

Professional Still Photography (By the Hour or Package) ---- Prices Based on Selection
Our professional photographers have extensive experience shooting both formal portraits and Lake Tahoe's beautiful scenery. The combination will provide you with stunning wedding photos!
 

Video Tape Recording ---- Prices Based on Selection
Capture the sights and sounds of your wedding with a professionally produced video recording.  All videos are available the day after your ceremony.
 

Bridal Floral Arrangements ---- Prices Based on Selection
Nosegays, cascades, boutonnieres, cake flowers, whatever you desire - full floral services are available for your wedding.
 

Catering ---- Prices Based on Selection
Your wedding cruise can be your reception as well. Visit our Catering Menu from Claire's Catering, and feel free to contact her directly as many options are available.
